Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical product stewardship for AccuMap and AccuLogs
  • Trouble shoot and identify technical problems affecting performance and stability of AccuMap and AccuLogs
  • Work independently and closely with stakeholders to investigate and correct technical environment problems affecting AccuMap and Acculogs 
  • Provide research & expertise on client Operating systems and potential changes and impacts on AccuMap and AccuLogs
  • Compile and provide technical documentation including best practices, and white papers,etc on deployment issues and fixes.
  • Research technical blogs and forums to proactively manage issues that could be caused by updates and patches
  • Form and manage an AccuSuite Technical user forum for IT contacts 
  • Establish relationships with existing customer and IT contacts 
  • Work closely with internal IHS teams to provide direction on setting up internal environments, ie: test labs
  • Perform analysis to capture key customer / prospect feedback on environment challenges and changes
Achievements:
  • Successfully transitioned more than 400 clients from Classic AccuMap to New AccuMap

  • Worked as a member of a three person IT team that ensures all computer and techology needs are met
